Clear answers before you book.
Have a question? Get in touchCan I start as a complete beginner?
Yes. We can start from zero or build on what you have already learned. Explanations in English or French are available when useful.
Will I learn Dutch or Flemish?
We practise Dutch for life and work in Belgium, including the Flemish pronunciation, words and expressions you are likely to hear. Tell me where and with whom you want to use the language.
Can the lessons focus on my work?
Yes. We can practise introductions, questions for colleagues, short updates or another situation that fits your role and level. Use fictional examples or remove confidential details from workplace material.
What happens in the free trial?
We discuss your goals, try an activity at your level and choose a useful next step. It lasts 25 minutes. One free trial per person, with no obligation to continue.
Where do lessons take place?
Online via Google Meet. You can join from Belgium or abroad, including before a move. The booking calendar shows available times in your time zone.
Can you help with an exam?
Tell me the exact exam, required level, date and skills you need to practise. We first check whether my lessons are a suitable fit. These private lessons do not issue an official language certificate or guarantee an exam result.
How much is a lesson?
An individual lesson costs €35 and lasts 50 minutes. The 25-minute trial is free, once per person.
Can I keep the same time each week?
A regular weekly time can be arranged when available. Tell me your preferred day, time and time zone. We confirm the dates and arrangements before reserving a repeating slot; sending a request does not reserve it automatically.
I have studied Dutch, but speaking still feels difficult. Is that a good starting point?
Yes. We can start with a short conversation to see what you already use comfortably and where you get stuck. Then we choose a task at your level, add the language you need and practise again. You do not automatically have to restart a beginner course.
